Books List
Books provide MBA students two major benefits. The first, and the most obvious, is knowledge about a topic or subject.
The second benefit which is less obvious, but perhaps more important, is that it gets you into the “club of readers“. You can talk the same language and reference the same topics and authors as other readers in that specific book’s club.
Given the constrained number of courses in a typical MBA program, there are a surprisingly high number of overlapping reader clubs within specializations across the major programs.
Below, I link to the standard courses’ book lists. These lists provide a mixture of books that are full of knowledge, and others that will put you in the tight knit club of MBA book readers.
